Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates from our Abu Dhabi shop.

How long it takes

Abu Dhabi: same day on orders placed before [TIME]. Every other emirate: within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday are delivered the following day.

What it costs

AED 25 anywhere in the UAE. Free on orders over AED 200.

Collecting instead

You are welcome to collect from either branch at no charge — Shabiya 11 in Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain. We will message you when the order is packed and ready.

If nobody is there

The driver will call the number on the order and wait a short while. If we cannot reach you the order comes back to the shop and we will arrange another day. A second attempt is [CHARGE OR FREE].

Weighed goods

Spices, herbs and anything else sold by weight are ground and weighed on the day your order goes out, so they reach you fresh.
